While I was cleaning out some old things from my mum's shed I noticed she had an abundance of old oak flooring. This gave me the idea, as at the time I was without a bed, to construct a bed. A kingsize bed. I made a rough sketch then a more accurate 3D image and worked from just that and it took roughly 1 week of part-time work to finish. The end result was an incredibly comfy bed with a frame which cost 20 pounds to make.
